Gambling is risky
Gambling is still gambling. It means risking money on outcomes you do not control, casino games are built with a house edge, and you can lose some or all of the money you wager. You alone decide whether, where, how, and how much to gamble. You use our materials at your own risk and on your own judgment, and you are solely responsible for every wager you make and every decision you base on our materials.
No guarantee of results
- Our materials explain how games work and what the math says. They do not guarantee a win, a profit, or any other result, and nothing in them is a promise that you will make or save money.
- Return percentages, house edges, expected values, probabilities, and simulation results describe long-run averages. They do not predict what will happen in any session, on any machine, or at any table.
- Correct strategy can lower the house edge. It does not remove the risk of losing. The advantage-play conditions described in our materials are uncommon and can require a large bankroll, and playing them can still lose money.
- The free simulators use random results and play money with no cash value. There is nothing to win or lose in them, and how you do in a simulator says nothing about how you will do with real money.

This includes gambling losses, lost money or profits, and direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, and punitive damages, even if we were told such losses were possible.
If we are found liable despite this disclaimer, our total liability for all claims combined is limited to the greater of $10 or the price you paid for the product involved.

Changes to this disclaimer
We may update this disclaimer by posting a new version on this page with a new date. The version posted when you buy a product applies to that product, including your later use of it. Otherwise, the version posted when you use the site applies. A change does not apply to a dispute that arose before the change was posted. If any part of this disclaimer is found unenforceable, that part is enforced as far as the law allows and the rest stays in effect.
