Executive summary
Spooky Link is the third generation of a Mo' Mummy franchise, not a series of its own. Aristocrat's Georgia studio Gimmie Games built the line, and Aristocrat's own release calls Spooky Link "an extension of the Mo' Mummy™ game family." Mo' Mummy, in two themes, was released in summer 2023; Mo Mo Mo Mummy followed at G2E 2024; Spooky Link, previewed there, launched with The Baron Portrait on May 1, 2025, with three characters — Go Ghost, Mo Mummy and Yo Yeti; Spooky Link Grand made its debut on King Max at Mohegan Sun on February 18, 2026; Fo' Mo' Mummy reached North America on July 20, 2026; and three new Spooky Link titles — Mo' Magic, So Scary and Wo' Wolfie — launched the Reign cabinet on August 10, 2026 and were on the floor at The Palazzo in Las Vegas three days later. That is fifteen land titles in six families. "Mo Mummy" names two things — the 2023 game and a Spooky Link character — and this volume keeps them apart throughout.
One engine runs the whole family: Cash Collect and three gem pots. A mummy on reel 1 and a green gem on any other reel start Cash Collect: a 5×5 grid on which the Mummy Zone begins at 2×2 and "All coin prizes landed inside the zone are awarded"; the mummy collects gems to grow the zone to 5×5 and win more spins. A purple gem pot leads to free games and a blue wild gem to a Match-3 jackpot pick from 15.7,20 A practitioner reading of the online game (Tier 3) puts the growth at 5, 9 and 12 gems, adding 3, 2 and 1 spins to the first five — eleven at most before bonus-spin symbols — and an operator's page for the online Go Ghost gives the same first step. Each generation layers features on that engine. On Spooky Link, Go Ghost "will randomly boooost your credit value," Mo Mummy "randomly awards 2x and 3x multipliers," and Yo Yeti "throws snowballs into your reels that can turn into prizes, jackpots, or bonus spins." On Reign, in Aristocrat's trade copy, a witch "grants an additional spin within the Cash Collect box," a vampire "releases bats that give multipliers or extra spins" and a wolf "lands moons on the board."
The family's only land mathematics belongs to Spooky Link Grand. Global Gaming Business printed its specification block in March 2026: a return range of 89.2% to 91.2%, a hit frequency of 28.09% — one win in 3.56 spins — 5, 25 or 50 lines, a 1,000-credit maximum bet and denominations from 1¢ to $2; the same review describes six jackpots, among them a Grand resetting at $8,000 and the Spooky Grand, "a multi-site progressive resetting at $50,000." Aristocrat's launch wording, "the Spooky Grand + Grand wide area progressive jackpot starting at $50,000," can be read as a single wide-area jackpot; the conflict is set out, not resolved. No return, paytable or trigger rate has been published for Spooky Link on land, for Mo' Mummy or Mo Mo Mo Mummy on land, for Fo' Mo' Mummy or for the Reign titles, whose trade copy rates them only "medium high volatility, average feature frequency," and no regulator record read for this volume prints one.
Online, the jackpots are fixed multiples of the bet — and they match the land credit ladder. Aristocrat Interactive's Mo' Mummy Mighty Pyramid is a 5×3, 20-line game whose five jackpots pay 20, 60, 100, 200 and 2,000 times the bet; operators publish returns of 92.11%, 94.09% and 95.06% for the Mo' Mummy builds and 94.10% for Mo Mo Mo Mummy. On land, players report a Mini and Minor of $10 and $30 at 1¢ and $100 and $300 at 10¢ — 1,000 and 3,000 credits — which is exactly 20 and 60 times a 50-credit bet, the increment in which the online game is sold. The online ladder reads as the land credit ladder priced at a 50-credit stake. The online Spooky Link Go Ghost, live across North America from October 15, 2026, keeps the 2,000× Grand but pays a Major of 500× the bet, two and a half times Mighty Pyramid's.
Land jackpots are a different animal. Seminole Classic Casino in Hollywood, Florida paid $82,096.46 on a $5 Spooky Link wager at 5¢ on June 20, 2026, and $81,524.80 on a $12.50 Go Ghost wager at 25¢ on August 1; after each, "The progressive has since reset to $80,000" — a reset fixed in dollars across denominations and 1.6 times the multi-site Spooky Grand's. Beau Rivage in Biloxi paid $129,275 on a $7.50 Mo' Mummy spin: 17,237 times the wager, 8.6 times the online Grand's multiple. New Jersey's list of Atlantic City jackpots above $40,000 names Spooky Link, Spooky Link Grand, Go Ghost, Mo' Mummy and Mo Mo Mo Mummy entries; their amounts could not be extracted reliably and are not printed.
By Aristocrat's account, no game in the company's history ramped up its sales faster. Its FY2025 results say Spooky Link "achieved the most rapid growth in sales of any game released in Aristocrat history," and the chief executive told investors it had taken "the top 3 spots on Eilers core games leaderboard for the past 3 months." North American outright unit sales rose 15% in the half to March 2026, "led by Spooky Link." Spooky Link – Yo Yeti was the Top Performing NEW Core Video Game at the EKG Slot Awards on February 26, 2026, two years after Mo' Mummy Valley of Riches won Top Performing Game – EMEA.34,35 The first number on record is older: in September 2023 an Aristocrat vice president said Mo' Mummy was "typically performing at three times house average." No unit count or revenue figure has been published for any title. The core families are sold outright; Spooky Link Grand is a leased premium game.
The franchise runs in nearly every channel Aristocrat operates. It is on casino floors in North America, the United Kingdom and Europe, South Africa and Latin America; Spooky Link was "now available in Class 2" by March 2026; Ohio has approved all fifteen land titles as video-lottery themes, the three Reign titles on August 12, 2026; Mo' Mummy has been online since 2024–25 and ranked third among slots in Eilers' U.S. online report for April 2025; and the ACT approved eleven builds of an Australian Mo' Mummy Link in July 2026, with a jackpot system of its own, 1.YA037.14,36,37,38,39,40 Spooky Link went online across North America on October 15, 2026, with Go Ghost first and Mo' Mummy and Yo Yeti to follow; Slingo versions of Mo' Mummy are licensed for 2028, and in Aristocrat's social apps the games pay nothing; no family title was found in Georgia's coin-operated market or in historical horse racing.
Nothing documented carries an edge from one player to the next. The Mummy Zone's growth is state inside a single feature, bounded at the full grid, and it ends with the feature. The gem pots are perceived progression: in Aristocrat's own patent on "metamorphic indicators," such an indicator advances as its trigger symbols land while the feature is drawn "independent of the graphical state" of the indicator, so on the design record a pot's fill records past play, not a coming feature — although no rule for any title in the family says so. No progressive meter is described as must-hit-by, and the two documented Seminole Classic hits paid 2.6% and 1.9% above their reset.
What the volume covers
Section 1 is the orientation: six land families on one Cash Collect engine, where each is sold, and a naming convention. In this volume Mo' Mummy, with the apostrophe, is the 2023 game and the franchise Aristocrat names after it; Spooky Link – Mo Mummy is the character title; Mo Mummy Grand is its King Max version. Sections 2 and 3 cover Aristocrat and its Georgia studio, the dated record from trademark filings to G2E 2026, the patents, the awards and the cabinets. Section 4 is the mechanical core — the gem pots, Cash Collect and the Mummy Zone, what "metamorphic" means, and every generation's features. Section 5 is the mathematics: the one land specification block, the online paytable and jackpot ladder, every return figure in circulation and a register of the bad figures. Section 6 is the census, with the Australian approval record. Sections 7 through 10 cover jackpot structure, denominations, market position and channel. Appendix A grades every source; Appendix B shows every calculation; Appendix C answers the persistent-state question and classifies every display that looks like progress.
