Bars are the hits on each number; the gold line is what a fair wheel expects. A fair wheel wanders around the line and never owes anything back.
Every ordinary bet on a wheel costs the same: 1/37 on a single zero, 1/19 on a double zero, 1/13 on a triple zero. The only exceptions are the counts that do not divide 36 (five, seven and eight numbers) and the zero rules, which touch the even-money bets alone. Highlighted rows are on your layout now.
Every side bet in the book and the ones found in regulator filings, priced exactly. Pick a paytable to use it at the table, and tick a bet to put its box beside the layout. Side bets close on a Double Ball table. Cost per hour assumes $5 a spin at 40 spins an hour.

Count the green pockets. Read the felt. Know the price. One zero costs 2.70 percent of every bet, two cost 5.26, three cost 7.69, and a zero rule halves the price of the even-money bets on the first two. No system changes those numbers; a progression only changes how many dollars it puts in front of them, and the shape of the night. Nothing in here changes the wheel. It shows you what every chip costs.
Try any bet on single-zero, double-zero and triple-zero wheels and see its odds and payout before the ball drops. On a given wheel every standard bet carries the same house edge, so the table you choose matters most: 2.70% on a single-zero wheel against 5.26% on double zero. No betting system changes those numbers.
